The challenge
In many regions, people struggle to reach official, verified support for the platforms they rely on — and to trust who's actually on the other end of the chat.
GlobiPay set out to be the reliable bridge: a single, secure place to connect with verified help channels, keep a history of every interaction, and handle deposits and withdrawals safely. That meant building a complete platform — a mobile app, a website, and an admin panel — not just one piece.
Our approach
We took ownership of the whole stack so every surface shares one design language and one secure backend. Identity and trust came first — EKYC and verified profiles — then realtime communication and the money flows around them.

The website — the public face of GlobiPay: explaining the service, building trust, and guiding people into the app.
The outcome
