The challenge
A retailer running 14 stores was managing inventory across spreadsheets, a legacy POS, and a lot of phone calls. Stock counts were always wrong, popular items sold out while others gathered dust, and month-end reporting took a week of manual stitching.
They needed one source of truth — and they needed it to not disrupt stores while we built it.
Our approach
We mapped their operations store by store, then designed a multi-tenant system where every location syncs to one realtime backbone. We rolled out store by store so nothing broke at once, migrating data and training staff as we went.

What we built
A complete cloud ERP: inventory, billing, POS and analytics in one platform. Staff see live stock across all stores; managers get reports that used to take a week, instantly. Delivered over 5 months with zero downtime during rollout.

Month-end reporting went from a week to a click. With accurate live stock, the team stopped over-ordering slow items and stopped selling out of fast ones — freeing cash and floor space.
